When you use our enquiry forms, we may collect your name, phone number, email, locality, project details, budget preference, estimate summary, and any floor plan you choose to upload.
We use the information to respond to your request, discuss interior design services, provide an indicative or reviewed quotation, and coordinate consultations. We do not sell the information submitted through the website.
On this WordPress site, submitted contact details and project preferences are recorded in a private WordPress enquiry inbox and emailed to the site administrator. Uploaded floor plans are temporarily processed on the server and attached to an email notification; they are not stored in the WordPress lead inbox. The free inspiration image is selected from image files hosted in the WordPress theme using your room and style preferences. No floor plan is sent to an external image-generation service by this feature. Uploaded floor plans are attached to an enquiry email for the Magnifino team. A live Instagram feed may load content from Meta or a connected feed provider. Website analytics and optional CRM or WhatsApp integrations must be configured and disclosed before use.
Estimates are indicative and use a demonstration rate card until replaced with Magnifino-approved prices. Selected inspiration images are illustrative, and do not represent a custom design from your floor plan, dimensions, or feasible construction. Uploaded plans are used to evaluate your enquiry, not publicly displayed. Avoid uploading sensitive personal data unrelated to your interiors request.
To ask about, correct, or request removal of information submitted through the website, contact Magnifino Designs using the phone number on our contact page. Retention periods and the business's formal legal/privacy contacts must be finalized before production launch.
